4. Access to the Internet

5. User Obligations

• WiseQing is a community and we expect you to treat every member of the WiseQing community with respect. Whether it's a community member asking their first question or a reputation superstar, we respect and welcome you, but we also want you to be kind to one another. To prevent bad actors from creating a negative community experience, we've outlined what we believe are common sense rules for community engagement and reserve the right to pause or close your account if you engage in offensive, abusive or despicable behavior outside of WiseQing.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services required to connect to or access the Network or otherwise use the Services, including but not limited to modems, hardware, software and long distance or local telephone service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the Services and the Network.
• Some premium or additional features of WiseQing may require a payment obligation to access and use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment obligations, if any, are up to date and not overdue. In the event that WiseQing charges fees for the Features, the terms of any payment obligations will be clearly communicated to you and you will be given the opportunity to decline such obligations prior to incurring any fees. However, please note that failure to accept payment obligations may result in your inability to access or use certain premium or additional features of WiseQing.

7. Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISEQING DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES OR THE NETWORK WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AND THE NETWORK PROVIDES THE SERVICES AND THE RELATED CONTENT OR PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THESE PUBLIC NETWORK TERMS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.

8. Compensation

10. General Provisions

a. Appointment and Jurisdiction

WiseQing reserves the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these General Network Terms (in whole or in part) without your consent, to a corporate affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring or reorganization, or due to sale. all or substantially all of our assets.

11. Copyright policy

WiseQing has adopted the following policy regarding the Network regarding copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe that content available or accessible on the network infringes a copyright, please send a copyright infringement notice to the Designated Representative at the address below with the following information.

1. A description and description of the copyrighted work or material that you claim has been infringed. If you claim multiple works have been violated, you can provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the alleged infringing material in sufficient detail, including its location and URL, so that WiseQing can locate and verify its existence.
3. Contact information about the notifying party (Notifying Party), including company name, name of the person concerned, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
4. A statement that the Notifying Party has a good faith belief that the material is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information provided in the notification is correct and that the Notifying Party is authorized to file a complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Physical or electronic signature of the Notifying Party.

After the Designated Agent receives notice of an alleged infringement meeting all of the above requirements, WiseQing:

1. Disables or removes access to material that it reasonably, in good faith believes is copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any subscriber to the Network.
2. WiseQing will then promptly notify the subscriber (Responsible Subscriber) responsible for the allegedly infringing material that it has removed or disabled access to the material.
3. WiseQing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the account immediately of any subscriber who is subject to repeated takedown notices.

Filing Copyright Counterclaims

A subscriber who believes to be unfairly the subject of a copyright takedown notice may file a counter-notice to WiseQing by providing the following items in writing to the Designated Representative at the address below.

• The ID of the material that WiseQing has removed or to which WiseQing has disabled access, including specific URLs.
• User's name, address, phone number and email address.
• The person or representative of such person giving notice pursuant to subsection (c)(1)(C) that the User accepts the jurisdiction of the District Court in the jurisdiction where your address is located.
• The following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the material to be removed or disabled was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification."
• The user's physical or electronic signature.

When a counterclaim is received, WiseQing will forward it to the party that submitted the original copyright infringement claim. In this case, the original complainant will have 10 days to notify us that they are taking legal action against the allegedly infringing material. If WiseQing does not receive such notice within 10 days, we may restore the material to the Network.
