There is no linear relationship between the size of the brain and intelligence. Just because a person is short and even dwarf, his brain is small does not mean that he will be less intelligent. We can understand this by examining non-human species. For example, the brains of dolphins - about 1400 grams - are almost the same size as the brains of humans. But despite being relatively intelligent creatures, dolphins cannot be said to be as intelligent as humans. Whale species with eight kilograms of brain are generally not as smart as dolphins. The brain of the orangutans, which are thought to be much more intelligent than the whales, is only about 400 grams.
