Teachers should handle political problems with special consideration, just like physicians and other professionals. That's not to suggest these problems should be ignored, far from it, but encouraging learners to think about current affairs is vital. This must be achieved while keeping a neutral stance. A teacher's stance is that political activity or the endorsement of a specific point of view will backfire and trigger a lot of offence. We do not think about them, as teachers are expected to direct the learners. Personally, I do not support any specific political opinion, but in moral terms I do address problems, which is what is morally 'right and wrong.'
