For the case in both undergraduate and postgraduate universities. Literature is attainable by the university's efforts. The study centers have difficulties because they are not part of an systemic partnership that promotes access to the paying databases. Access is very limited for the independent work. Direct performing of experimental or quasi-experimental works would be required. To have a major contribution and have other active applicants.
