How do you concentrate and motivate yourself when working remotely?

I had some problems concentrating on my work during the days of quarantine, found myself doing non-work related things at my working hours, and felt a bit sleepy during the day. How did you guys manage to work effectively at home?

I basically rely on coffee. 

Trying to stick to the time schedule I had in the office. I give breaks the same time I gave at the office. 

Keeping my desk clean and tidy makes me feel better and the best is that I place my yoga mat about two meters behind my chair so every time I feel stiff and want to move around, I simply get up, go over there and exercise!
