Is safe hitchhiking possible?

For me, here are safe hitchhiking rules:

1- Do not ride if you are a woman hitchhiking and there are two men in the car.

2- Dressing by country or region is important.

3- When the car stops, first ask “where are you going?” and I do not say where I go. This saves time to look at the movements of those in the car. If there is anything I don't like, I don't get on by saying, "Thank you, I'm not going there."

4- Do not inform the driver about your life. Do not say what to do where you go. Nobody knows whether or not to come to the camp site at night. Don't forget to say, “My friend will meet where I go”.

5- If you are familiar with the driver's line of work, test whether s/he is lying by asking professional questions.
