Our mindset keeps changing throughout our lives. So what advise would you give to yourself if you could go back?

Some people tend to eat more when they feel down either because they need more endorphins or they assumably trying to take the pain and anger away by constantly chewing stuff, possibly unwittingly. What do you think about these and which kind of you are?
