Medications for anxiety work only momentarily and reduce the occurrence of panic attack symptoms. It is not curative. You should go to a specialist therapist for treatment. But if you want a definitive solution, go to someone in psychoanalysis or psychodynamic school. But if you go to a cognitive behavioral therapist, this will be short-term, and when you enter the same environment, the result can be triggered again.
